Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes at any time.

SMS messages are delivered via Twilio, a third-party service provider acting on our behalf. Twilio is contractually prohibited from using your data for its own marketing purposes.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opt-out requests are processed immediately. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts unless you re-subscribe. Reply HELP to any message for assistance.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: SMS delivery (Twilio), email delivery, event ticketing platforms, and website hosting. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide services to us.

5. Event Photography

Data is retained while you are subscribed and deleted within 90 days of unsubscribing. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
