By attending events promoted through our platforms, you acknowledge that photography and video may occur and your likeness may be used in promotional materials across our website and social media. Contact hello@ethantomas.com to request removal within 30 days.

5. Music Downloads & Creative Commons

Downloads available through our site are for personal, non-commercial use only. Remixes may contain samples under fair use or Creative Commons. You may not redistribute or sell downloaded music. Where Creative Commons licenses apply, terms are noted with the download.
